Overview:
FLock.io, a leader in the integration of Federated Learning and Blockchain technology, is seeking a dynamic and versatile Chief of Staff (CoS) to join our executive team. The role of the CoS is central to our success, especially as we navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of Web3. The CoS will act as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team, coordinating day-to-day operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring organizational alignment within our decentralized structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing insights and support in decision-making processes.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across our globally distributed teams, ensuring alignment and coordination across different time zones.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and identify critical issues facing the organization, prioritizing and addressing them effectively.
- Play a key role in operationalizing and executing strategic plans alongside the leadership team, adapting swiftly to the changing needs of the Web3 environment.
- Bridge communication gaps within the organization, leveraging expertise in blockchain and Web3 to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a Web3, blockchain, or technology-focused organization.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to operate effectively in a decentralized and remote working environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
